Job Summary

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Service Leader to lead our Hard FM services team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and contribute to the delivery of top-tier facilities management services under a prestigious PFI contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the smooth delivery of hard FM services. Key responsibilities include maintaining statutory performance compliance, stakeholder satisfaction, and financial performance, as well as the delivery of all Hard FM projects.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Service Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day management of FM services, including planned preventative maintenance and reactive client needs.
  2. Financial Performance: Manage financial performance, keeping PMS deductions and penalties to a minimum.
  3. Contractor Management: Manage sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring service delivery and innovation.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering commercially led PFI contracts in complex FM environments.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on high-performance teams.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including P&L management and contract negotiation.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills and IT proficiency, especially with MS Office applications.
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of £80,000 to £90,000 (depending on experience), plus access to a range of excellent benefits, including:
