About the Job Description:

This role requires a strong focus on health and safety compliance, contractor management, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving quality and compliance across an organisation and be a member of a recognised professional body.

About the Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices, with a focus on high-rise building standards.
  • Contractor Management: Procure and manage new and existing contractors, reviewing and approving Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Compliance: Oversee asset management, monitoring and reporting on PPM schedules to support proactive building maintenance.
  • Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and maintain SOPs to promote consistency in standards and practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders on facilities management and H&S matters, addressing concerns and ensuring expectations are met.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have 5+ years' experience in facilities management within the residential sector.
  • Proven ability to operate at a management level, with experience in driving quality and compliance across an organisation.
  • Member of a recognised professional body, with supporting qualifications e.g. IWFM, MCIOB. MRICS, IOSH or equivalent.
