Helpdesk Support Specialist

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator looking to take on the next challenge in Facilities Management. As a Facilities and Helpdesk Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing all activities in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls related to facilities functions
- Maintaining the Helpdesk Inbox to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
- Scheduling repairs and routine maintenance tasks
- Supporting Office and Contract Managers in achieving departmental objectives
- Providing administrative support to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Performing general administration duties such as chasing and liaison with stakeholders
- Raising corrective maintenance tasks after completion of planned preventative maintenance
- Coordinating day-to-day tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous help desk experience
- Familiarity with facilities management practices
- Excellent administrative skills
- Understanding of Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM)
