Helpdesk Analyst

Leidos is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical inquiries from customers via various communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve root causes of problems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices
Our Salary Range:
- £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
