Aerospace Budget Analyst Opportunity

Morson Talent is seeking an experienced Aerospace Budget Analyst to support the Marshall Aerospace Cost Forecasting Team.

About the Job:

  • Analyze and forecast budget requirements for aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities.
  • Develop comprehensive budgets for each task, including costs and resources required.
  • Collaborate with MRO teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support key stakeholders with business, performance, and financial data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in aerospace or aviation environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role requires a hybrid working approach, with 2-3 days spent on site at Marshall's facility in Cambridge and the remainder remote working.
