Aerospace Engineering Manager: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Aerospace Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting or exceeding customer expectations. You will also be required to analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists to design and develop innovative products.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, physics).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the space science industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
