Supporting Pupils with Emotional Needs

Are you a dedicated and compassionate teaching professional looking for a new challenge?
We are currently recruiting for teaching staff to work in Ofsted-outstanding SEMH schools in the Oxford area, providing a supportive environment for both primary and secondary pupils.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs, including behavioral challenges, ADHD, or trauma-related difficulties.
A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting is also required.
Key responsibilities include adapting teaching strategies to support emotional and academic development, as well as collaborating with colleagues to provide a supportive learning environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
