Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Troubleshoot and work with Microsoft desktop & server operating systems and applications
  • Proficiency in cloud applications & platform administration such as Google Workspaces or Microsoft 365
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V and back-end storage
  • Network skills including managing switches, firewalling and routing, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS and Wi-Fi
