Strategic Procurement Manager for Engineering Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team at Brush Transformers. As a key member of our Engineering Solutions department, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring the business can deliver on operational commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement effective procurement processes aligned with Group policies.
- Analyze indirect costs to identify areas of potential savings and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures across all procurement activities.
- Manage the fleet of circa 60 vehicles.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in supply chain management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fleet management experience is essential.
