Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at Rydon Group Ltd. The successful candidate will have previous experience in Social Housing and schedule of rates billing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing costs for responsive and planned housing maintenance and repairs contracts.
  • Support the commercial team in Social Housing repairs and maintenance projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Social Housing and schedule of rates billing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
