Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at Rydon Group Ltd. The successful candidate will assist in managing costs for our responsive and planned housing maintenance and repairs contracts.

About the Role

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the preparation of schedules of rates and bills of quantities
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of costs and expenses
  • Providing support to the commercial team in the delivery of projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in Social Housing and schedule of rates billing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
