Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary:
Rydon Group is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. As a key member of our quantity surveying team, you will assist with obtaining and evaluating cost information from our Housing Repairs contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with obtaining and evaluating cost information from each of our Housing Repairs contracts.
- Work with our team to ensure a realistic cost for the supply of works, goods, materials, and services is achieved.
- Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure properties are well maintained, efficient, and fit for purpose.
- Use the latest technology to ensure repairs are completed promptly.
