Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Customer Advisor to join our team at JCT600 in Leeds. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
About the Role
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer service, ensuring high standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and the public.
- Establish strong relationships with customers based on trust, ensuring all interactions are simple and transparent.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and branded communication with customers through all contact channels.
- Achieve and exceed departmental objectives by actively pursuing sales opportunities.
- Follow internal procedures to ensure vehicles are handed over at agreed times and in condition.
- Adhere to Brand standards at all times.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
