Job Description:

Tactical Resource Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Tactical Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective allocation of resources across our field teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reallocation of work to field teams to optimize productivity and efficiency;
  • Dealing with client requests and escalating issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Maintaining service level agreements and field productivity through effective resource management;
  • Coordinating with facilities management and Programme Manager to ensure seamless execution of projects;
  • Promoting a positive image of the department by adhering to company policies and standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in resource allocation and project management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or operations management.
