We are a fast-paced, growing ecommerce brand with a unique and established product set. We are looking for a proactive, creative and performance-focused Social Media Manager to play a key role within our growing marketing team and lead our social media growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our online community and drive brand awareness.
  2. Manage and update all social media platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  3. Engage with our online community through regular posts, comments, and direct messages.
  4. Write and publish a weekly blog post and create copy for newsletters, ad campaigns, and social media postings.
  5. Lead the outreach program for brand partnerships, working closely with the head of brand and founder to identify and pursue opportunities.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for our PR firm, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  7. Provide monthly reports on social media performance and competitive analysis, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  8. Manage content creation briefs with our in-house creative studio, working with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and illustrators to produce high-quality content.
  9. Measure and report on key social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to increase social media shares, likes, and engagement.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

**Requirements**

  1. At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing.
  2. The ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Strong knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure social media success.
  4. Experience with social media advertising and content creation.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate efforts with other organizations.
