Senior Communications Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Executive to join our People Team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. This flexible role allows you to work primarily from home, with just one or two days a week in the office, but if you prefer to spend more time in the office, that's perfectly fine too.
About the RoleAs the Senior Communications Executive, you'll oversee both external communication activities and internal communications for First Central Group. With proven experience in managing social media, you'll create captivating content across various channels to engage current and prospective colleagues, while supporting departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to align with the company's goals and values.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.
- Write, edit, and proof copy across all channels, ensuring consistency with the brand tone and voice.
- Design and create visual content, including photography, graphics, and video, to support messaging on platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, external suppliers, and partners to drive engagement and influence.
- Track and reflect on analytics to pivot strategy in line with shifting engagement.
- Manage local budgets and adapt processes to reflect the company culture, protect the company, and report back on ROI.
- Strong knowledge and background in communications, social media, and PR.
- Excellent creative written and spoken skills, with the ability to write for various audiences.
- First-class drafting, proof-reading, and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to design and edit imagery and video.
- Collaborative approach, working as one team with the wider internal communications and Culture team.
