Senior Internal Communications Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Executive to join our team at First Central Services UK Ltd. As a key member of our People pillar, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering impactful internal communications and engagement initiatives that drive business success.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the business to create a positive and engaging work environment. You will be responsible for managing and implementing local internal communications and engagement plans, working with the wider Internal Communications and Engagement team to curate and develop communications that resonate with each individual site and culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement internal communications and engagement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate the development of communications materials, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, working groups, and committees to drive engagement, influence, and educate colleagues on the company's brand, values, and strategy.
- Host in-person, virtual, and hybrid events to support engagement, product launches, celebrations, social activities, and strategic plans.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform plans and strategies, track success, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Manage local budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of communications and engagement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling and engaging content for various audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
- Proven experience in internal communications and engagement, ideally in the Financial Services Industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative approach and a willingness to take on new challenges.
