Internal Communications and Engagement Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications and Engagement Business Partner to join our People team at First Central Services UK Ltd. As a trusted subject matter expert, you will be responsible for supporting our Internal Communications and Engagement Manager in delivering our internal communications, wider engagement, and culture plans.
Key Responsibilities- Deputise for the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager and lead a team of Internal Communication and Engagement colleagues to meet the team and company objectives.
- Support the creation and implementation of the overall communication and engagement strategies, including partnering with key areas of the organisation and building effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Build a network across the Group and externally to influence and advise on internal communications and engagement initiatives.
- Lead and deliver comprehensive and dynamic engagement plans, including creating and producing compelling content for various internal channels.
- Support the development and delivery of key business programmes and projects, including translating complex business materials into engaging content for internal audiences.
- Extensive experience in an internal communication role with a proven track record of business partnering.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
- Significant experience of working with Senior Leadership Teams and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering engagement plans and events.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry is desirable.
