**Job Title:** Social Care Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Social Care Specialist to join our Prevention and Social Care Department at Wrexham County Borough Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting frameworks using electronic recording systems to support performance management across the service.

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline, business administration, project management, and evidence of ongoing professional development. You will possess strong skills in communication, both in English and Welsh, and demonstrate creativity, innovation, and high-developed problem-solving abilities.

Your duties will include attending meetings, delivering presentations, creating reports, and providing training to frontline social work teams. You will also be responsible for quality assurance processes, working collaboratively across departments, and managing direct reports focused on utilizing systems effectively.
