**Job Title:** Senior Social Care Specialist

**Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Care Specialist to join our team at PP Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with a focus on child protection and safeguarding.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • To manage an allocated caseload of high-complexity cases, including Child Protection and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards assessments.
  • To undertake assessments, design care and support plans, and provide professional support and advice to individuals and their families.
  • To promote positive outcomes by taking appropriate action in the provision of professional support and advice.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong assessment and planning skills.
