We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Manager to drive our digital advertising strategy and optimize campaign performance across programmatic channels. You will be responsible for managing programmatic ad buying, reviewing data to refine targeting, and ensuring efficient delivery of campaigns that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Programmatic Strategy: Help and Support the Global Programmatic Lead in the creation and execution of global programmatic strategies across multiple formats (Display, Video, CTV, Native, Audio) to achieve business needs.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting of programmatic campaigns to ensure optimal performance against pre-agreed metrics.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data and analytics to drive performance improvements, including audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and creative optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing, creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure alignment of programmatic campaigns with broader business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop comprehensive reporting to track, measure, and communicate campaign performance to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
