Travel Operations Coordinator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven communicator to join our Transportation team as a Travel Operations Coordinator.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing airport meet-and-greet staff at key UK arrival points, assisting customers studying at our International Language Campuses across the UK & Ireland.


You will collaborate closely with local suppliers, campus teams, international flight departments across EF and head office in Switzerland.


Key responsibilities will include planning and executing work rotation for our meet and greet staff on a weekly basis, maintaining and developing relationships with staff and local suppliers, and developing and improving the overall customer experience of arrival and transportation services.


Additionally, you will be responsible for invoicing, emergency phone duties during peak periods, and assisting with financial and quality analysis.

Requirements



  • Experience within the student, travel and hospitality industry desired
  • Strong operations/logistics skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-organized and process-driven
  • An analytical mindset
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of the surroundings of London
  • Capable of using own initiative and being decisive
  • A skilled negotiator
  • Multitasker and flexible (weekend work may be required during peak months of July & August - days back in lieu)
  • Willingness to learn and open to feedback
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK
  • Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage
  • Clear DBS check and two references
