Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Travel Coordinator to join our team at Club Med. As an Air Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating flight operations, managing travel requests, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate flight bookings, ticketing, and amendments
  • Manage travel itineraries, including passenger lists and seating requests
  • Assist with group travel arrangements and special requests
  • Communicate travel information and updates to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in air travel coordination or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of airline industry regulations and policies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing by a day after 1 year service
  • Birthday off and half-day on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
  • Flexible working policy with the possibility to work 2 days a week from home and 1 week remotely every 3 months
