Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Autism Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with Autism.

About the Role

This 1:1 Autism LSA position involves working closely with students who require additional support, providing tailored assistance to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with Autism in a 1:1 setting, promoting independence and engagement in educational activities
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience working with students with Autism or similar needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
