About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist psychiatric care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Person Specification

  • Full GMC Registration.
  • MBBS or equivalent.
  • Additional higher medical/scientific qualification relevant to the specialty (desirable).
  • GMC Specialist Registration or commitment to obtain via CESR application (desirable).
  • S12 registered.
  • MRCPsych.
