About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Northampton. As a Consultant CAMHS Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients in our medium secure male service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Work closely with other clinical teams to ensure seamless care pathways
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in teaching and training activities to support the development of junior staff

Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Registration with the GMC
  • Experience in CAMHS and secure settings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
