Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on design, documentation, and quality standards of molds.
- Supervise personnel, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mold inventory and print files.
- Develop and implement tool room procedures and policies to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure machine tools are properly maintained and serviced regularly.
Requirements:
- 10 years of direct experience in a tool room environment, with 3-5 years in a management capacity.
- Good understanding of blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance practices.
- Familiarity with design of experiment practices and computer literacy (MS Office).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible with ability to work overtime as required.
