Advanced Nurse Practitioner Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Menlo Park. As an ANP, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled nurse to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will be working in a highly respected, medium-sized GP Training Practice with a diverse demographic and a good-sized team of GPs, ANPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health and MSK professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including conducting consultations, diagnosing and treating patients, and prescribing medications.
- Work collaboratively with the GP team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Contribute to the development of the practice, including participating in quality improvement initiatives and mentoring junior staff.
- Participate in on-call rotas and provide out-of-hours care as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification and registration with the NMC
- Experience of working in a GP practice or similar setting
