We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to lead our team in providing specialist trauma-informed mental health support to young people with complex needs in our Hampshire Residential Home.
Main Responsibilities- Lead on clinical matters for young people and develop policy relating to therapeutic care practice in partnership with CAMHS.
- Support staff in implementing trauma-informed care through PACE, building relationships, and helping young people feel safe.
- Offer specialist mental health consultation and advice to all staff.
- Assess and manage ongoing risks for young people, ensuring collaboration with them and their carers.
- Lead on the implementation of care plans.
- Ensure staff compliance with regulatory body regulations and participate in audits to ensure mandatory training is completed.
