Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to work as SEN Teaching Assistants in schools across Exeter. This challenging yet rewarding role requires the ability to adapt to diverse situations and provide individualised support to students with complex needs.

About the Challenge

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will face new challenges every day, requiring creativity, patience, and understanding. You will work closely with students who have SEMH needs, Autism, and behavioural challenges, helping them to develop essential skills and build confidence.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies for supporting students.
  • Provide individualised care and education to students with complex needs.
