We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels, a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in retail and fashion. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, sales, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Monitor and review store performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Department Manager, or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a track record of driving sales and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Business acumen, with a focus on driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- A competitive basic salary of up to £27,000.
