Assistant Bar Manager

Center Parcs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Bar Manager in controlling, coordinating, and planning unit activities in line with Company standards.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through service and value for money to achieve budgeted financial targets.
- Help lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring effective performance management strategies are in place.
- Support the development of a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of the team.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager/Supervisor within a fast-paced bar/food and beverage environment.
- Highly motivated individual, committed to the success of the operation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
