Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager/Supervisor within a fast-paced bar/food and beverage environment.
  • Highly motivated individual committed to the success of the operation.
  • Ability to lead a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Good level of computer literacy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communicator and organisational skills.
