Assistant Bar Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in effectively controlling, co-ordinating and planning the unit activities in line with Company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through service and value for money to achieve budgeted financial targets.
- Help to lead, motivate and develop the team, ensuring effective performance management strategies are in place.
- Support with facilitating and developing a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of your team.
- Take and serve drink orders, and ensure the team deliver excellent service to every guest.
- Support with implementing effective financial controls and monitoring financial performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor within a fast-paced bar / food and beverage environment.
- Ability to lead a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Good level of computer literacy and analytical skills.
- Previous supervisory experience at a similar level.
- Excellent communicator and organisational skills.
