Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supporter Engagement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for creating opportunities for our supporters to connect with and drive our work through various means of individual giving.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage individual giving income streams, including legacy giving, regular giving, one-off gifts, in memory giving, and new products.
  2. Coordinate key engagement activities, such as the annual supporter Thankathon and Impact Report.
  3. Oversee the administration and stewardship of individual giving income.
  4. Manage the promotion, sale, and distribution of Lullaby Trust merchandise.

We offer a friendly, flexible work environment and a competitive salary. This role can be offered as a hybrid role (with approximately one day per week in our London office) or fully remote, with occasional visits to the office for meetings or staff days as necessary.
