Job Title: Asset Management Advisor

Flagship Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Advisor to join our team in the Midlands/North England region. As an Asset Management Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding our infrastructure clients in the UK, focusing on areas such as regulatory business planning, asset strategy, service delivery, risk management, and asset management maturity (ISO55001).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize infrastructure performance.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure asset reliability and efficiency.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, including ISO55001.
Requirements:
  1. Degree qualification in a relevant field, with a strong background in asset management or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering asset management solutions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with asset management software.
