Job Description

A highly skilled Paediatric Nurse is required to fill the role of Paediatric Case Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating personalised care plans for each service user, working closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.


About You:
  • Must be an RSCN with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK with an active NMC PIN
  • Possess a supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
  • Have up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
  • Have advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential
