We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Fundraising Executive to join our team at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to provide exceptional care and support to adults with neurological disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Community Fundraising Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, focusing on community-based events and activities.
  • Identify and build relationships with local community groups, schools, and businesses to secure sponsorship and support for our events.
  • Recruit and manage a team of volunteers to help with event planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional plans to promote our events and activities.
  • Work closely with our Communications Team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all fundraising activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of our fundraising activities, making recommendations for improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in community fundraising or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising, with a strong understanding of community-based fundraising strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
