This exciting opportunity requires a proven track record in People Strategy & Culture, with a minimum of three years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally with experience in organizational change. A CIPD accreditation or HR-related degree is preferred. Additionally, they should demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive employee engagement and retention.
