Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately prepare and dispense medications under the guidance of veterinary surgeons.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized dispensary, adhering to strict storage and safety protocols.
  • Assist with inpatient care, preparing clinical areas, and handling animals safely during examinations and treatments.
As a Dispensary and Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary and providing exceptional care to our patients. To excel in this position, you should possess experience in stock control, preferably in a clinical environment, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective multitasking abilities, and excellent communication and attention to detail. A basic understanding of computer systems for record-keeping and inventory management is also necessary.
