Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Care Administrators to provide excellent customer service to our network.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve complex customer queries and complete follow-up actions.
- Use bespoke Lifeplus IT systems to process customer orders and queries.
- Conduct regular 1-1s and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals.
- Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service and overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Previous team leadership experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
- Positive and engaging communication skills.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize a varied workload and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:
5-week rotational shift: (1 hour flexibility in shift start time is expected.)
- 3 out of 5 weeks will be: 09:00-17:15 Mon-Fri; Sat-Sun: OFF.
- 2 out of 5 weeks will be: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, Fri & Sun: OFF.
Location:
- This role involves a mixture of home and office working, however we do ask candidates are able to commute to our St Neots Office.
- Hybrid working: 1 day per week in the office.
