Job Title: German Customer Care Team Leader

Origin Multilingual is seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Customer Care Team Leader to join our team. As a Customer Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer care administrators and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and support the team to develop positive relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead a team of customer care administrators and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Conduct regular 1-1s and performance reviews to ensure the team is meeting their objectives.
  • Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop product and process knowledge to continue providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
  • Flexible coaching and feedback skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, ask for help, and trust colleagues.
  • Passionate about delivering customer service.
