Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Front Office team to provide seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring team members are well-informed and compliant.
- Foster strong working relationships with other managers and departments to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance and coaching for improvement.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels to meet business needs and ensure efficient operation.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Opera is desirable.
