Job Description: MEP Quantity Surveyor - Electrical or Mechanical Expertise

We are a leading company in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering sector, and we are currently looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary package and opportunities to work on a variety of commercial projects.

About the Role: \

The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management of MEP packages across commercial projects, preparation of tender documents, contracts, and cost control. You will work closely with project teams to ensure budgets are adhered to and commercial objectives are met. Regular reporting on project financials, including forecasting and risk analysis, is also a key aspect of this role.

What We Offer: \

  • Competitive salary of £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
