Job Responsibilities

As a Special Needs Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting children with diverse needs, including physical, emotional, and cognitive requirements
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to ensure each child reaches their full potential

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to children, promoting positive relationships and self-esteem
