About the Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Needs Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education, working with children in the Blackpool and Fylde area. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and support services to our students.
Salary Details
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This is a full-time position, offering a range of benefits and opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
As a Special Needs Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children with diverse needs, including physical, emotional, and cognitive requirements
- Developing and implementing individualized plans to promote student achievement and well-being
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver effective educational programs
- Providing emotional support and guidance to children, fostering positive relationships and self-esteem
Essential Requirements
