About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager.
  • Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team to maximise sales and performance across all primary KPIs.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage stock control, store standards, and visual merchandising to ensure a compelling customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans, driving sales growth and profitability.
