Senior Leadership Role for Team Development

GAIL's is seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Leader to join our team. This full-time role involves leading a team to success, developing others, and driving high-quality product delivery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and possess a passion for leadership. They will also be committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the growth of GAIL's.
About the Role

- You will work closely with other team members to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement change.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them achieve their goals.
