Job Role for the Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Support and coordinate engineering activities to ensure production line outputs meet quality and NPI standards.
  • Provide production support for PCB testing and fault finding and repair of PCBs.
  • Identify electronics component tolerance and failure modes through PCB testing.
  • Implement manufacturing process controls on all electronic products.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes.
  • Create and maintain electronics assessable testing and methods and procedure.
  • Simulate manufacturing process and optimise manufacturing process efficiency.
  • Analyse PCB design failure and implement 8D corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
