Electronics Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Orion Electrotech Manufacturing. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating engineering activities to ensure production lines meet quality and output standards.
Responsibilities:
- Implement manufacturing process controls on all electronic products, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct continuous improvement processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain electronics test methods and procedures, simulating manufacturing processes to improve product quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related engineering or scientific discipline.
- Minimum two years' experience in a relevant manufacturing environment, with expertise in electronic testing and fault finding.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams.
